Return Timeframe
· Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
· Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

1. Item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., broken parts, missing stones)
2. Incorrect item received (e.g., wrong style, size, or color)
3. Order not delivered within 30–45 days after shipping

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
1. Change of mind (e.g., personal preference in style or color)
2. Customized or personalized items
3. Items that have been used or worn
4. Earrings (For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or defective)
Return Shipping & Processing
· If we made an error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping.
· For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
· Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Options by Order Value
· Orders under $50: May be eligible for a 50% partial refund or store credit
· Orders over $50: Full refund accepted if returned in original, unworn condition
· Damaged items: Full refund or free replacement upon photo confirmation
How to Start a Return

o Your order number
o Photos or video showing the issue
o A brief description of the problem
2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. If approved:
o You’ll receive return instructions, and your refund or exchange will be processed after inspection.
o If return shipping isn’t supported, we may offer a refund or discount coupon instead.
4. If not approved, we’ll explain the reason and may still offer store credit as goodwill.
