Shipping Policy

 

At Lulu & Evie Jewelry, we deliver every piece with care and transparency — because your treasures deserve to arrive beautifully and on time.

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


 

Processing & Delivery Times

· Order Processing: 1–5 business days

· U.S. In-Stock Items: If the item you selected is available in our U.S. inventory, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

· Standard International Delivery: Usually 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. (Most U.S. orders arrive within 10–12 days.)

· Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (via DHL, FedEx, or UPS; additional charges apply)

 

Please note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during holidays or customs inspections — but we’ll always do our best to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible.


 

Shipping Fees

· U.S. Standard Delivery: Flat rate of $7 for orders under $79

· Free Shipping: Orders over $79 (we encourage bulk savings!)

· Expedited Delivery: $10–$30, depending on order amount and destination


 

Tracking & Delivery Assurance

· All orders include tracking numbers, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

· Delay Compensation:

No tracking update within 15 days → 5% refund of order value

Not delivered within 30 days → Free replacement or full refund

· Customs Delays: We handle each case individually — refunds or discount coupons may be offered depending on the situation.

· Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

· We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services, but we’ll always do our best to assist you.

· For time-sensitive gifts, we recommend selecting Expedited Shipping at checkout.
